The reason for making an app like this. ?
KM Eldo joined Muvattupuzha Mudavoor Vazhappilly Keypad in 2011 as a meter reader in KSEB. Eldo has since been promoted to Sub Engineer and is currently working as a Systems Supervisor in Muvattupuzha Division. He had earlier designed and launched an app called Bill Calculator. Then The acceptance he received among his employees and customers led him to such a new app.
The new KSEB handbook app was created with the addition of the new Apple Bill Calculator. Even the employees do not know the exact rules that have changed in KSEB from time to time. Making a connection, for example, was already very complicated. But now there are only simple terms. However, there are some employees who unknowingly require multiple documents as in the old rules.
I have been using this app for over a year. And it shows accurate reading till now. But this time it is not correct. I had charged a 'Fuel sur' in addition which the app doesn't show. Also, the meter rent is different from the actual one. Also could you please tell me what is 'Fuel sur'.. I hope you fix it soon
Working very fine. Immense helps consumers to calculate the bill and payment. I am of the opinion that this App could be used to recalculate the bill for those consumers who got huge bills recently due to failure of taking meter readings in previous months due to lockdown. For example, suppose meter reading was taken in February and could not be taken for April.
The meter reading taken in this month has to be divided by 2 and the charge is to be calculated separately. The sum will be the actual charge.
